Hopefully on the 13th of August they'll see that depth of support. They'll reconsider, they'll rehire me and we won't have to have a Thank you very much. It was simply a matter of economics, and we looked for a place where we could reduce staff. Valories are about the only place that you can do that. And Mr. Travis was the one chosen after we looked at the entire staff and their certifications and the needs of the school. You think that the threat of a recall will change the board's decision? No, I really don't think so. I think the board feels they made a good decision. Traditionally, humane societies have reflected a community's concern for life, all kinds of life. Here at Green Hill, there's even a cemetery in which to bury dogs and cats. This tender loving care goes only so far, however, and unfortunately, this tender loving care won't go anywhere near far enough for the bill collectors that are waiting for Green Hill in about 45 days. Tom Cassidy, Eyewitness News at Lane County's Green Hill Humane Society. The citizens from Colbert actually came out. The majority of the people who were here last night were from outside. Something happened on the tent last night, and they just left. They didn't seem like that. That was probably last night. He had his eye on that one. I believe that the most permanent thing in nature is a constant change, like life itself. And we have to someday go along with that. We have to respond to that, and we have accept that as within our own ideas, within everything what we are thinking today will change tomorrow, will grow to something more. I never seek any success, I was trying just to realize something which was going on in my mind. Those impressions around me and of the environment and of nature and all that things, I'm trying to transform them in my image or there transform itself by this constant, affected by this constant change. The problem we've got is the fact that the speed limit in Coburg, in most areas where we've been, unfortunately, is 25 miles an hour. The average speed that we're riding is somewhere from 39 to 56. I think there's a problem there. If the people of Coburg want their children in this kind of conditions, then it's fine. Let me know. If they don't, if they want their kids to be safe, then I think they should express that also. I sitting right here and planning for tomorrow and next week and next month and you Peter Murphy the same way you plan for yourself You plan for your family and plan the old for a home. I believe in planning However, when planning gets to the point by statute that it becomes confiscatory Then I must take issue with the present plan 1-10-1-1 I've got mine, and I don't want to have anybody's. Oh, I think that we're pretty much on. And as long as we can find that everything else is going to dive and we're going to get the best value out of it and the best use out of the land, why, it can't be cut and dried that we can do everything the same way with every chunk of dirt. I don't believe that. But I think we're meeting the requirements and with the goals and guidelines that have been set up. This has been fine. And it's what I've always been, without campaigning at all. Ninety-five percent of our problems have been the fact that they have said and designated agricultural land when it hasn't been farmed for years and it can't be farmed. It won't even grow carrots if they say it's agricultural land. That's what, if we can do these two things, you'll find out that ninety-five percent of the objections to Senate Bill 100 and LCD guidelines will disappear. That's all for this one. Obviously, it is New York 7. You can have the floor. I'll let you in. Yeah. I'm going to stand up. I'm gonna close the left part of the direction. Now it's coming. You can start the sound out. We're not going to have to force it. Pretty much the same group we've had for the last three years. We've got a couple of new ball players that we have recruited but it's pretty much the same girls we've have for three years and I think we're just starting to gel as a team. We played pretty consistent ball all year and now starting to come together. I think you probably the best ball this last weekend in the state tournament. You I don't think regional would be quite as easy. There's two or three Washington teams that are up for it, I think. And I think they'll give us all the competition we want. We're ready, let's see what we can do. I'll wrap up the program with my daughter and her team in her team. I am sorry too. In order to afford what we really need, we must cut out the waste we don't need. And I want also to say that the Umpqua project, which is a vital project which will help us get more food from the sea and get the ships across the bar, is going to stay in the bill and I'm going to make sure it does. I've been in radio since I was a teenager, so I've always been into it, almost half my life. What's the most creative thing you've ever done? Building production rooms. You know, just building studios to get ground up. Building radio stations up to get it ground up Is it hard? No, it's not hard. It's time-consuming, and it sometimes thrashes the mind, but it is enjoyable. Just when I'm through, I have something else to go for. Are engineers eccentric? Lightly? Why? I don't know. It goes with the job, I think. You know, you're dealing in a whole different world, right? The only person who can really understand what you're doing is another engineer. You know even the people that work around you, to a point, you know, know what you are doing, but there is a point at which they are completely frazzled as to what you doing. You now, they don't understand it. Do you ever think of yourself as another Marconi? Mark Conning is alright, I'm more impressed with Edward Armstrong. He invented something called frequency modulation that FM radio stations operate on today. He also invented the type of AM receiver that is used. So actually Armstrong did more for radio than any one man has ever done. We will work more on that in the next few minutes. And that will be it. Thank you. Thank you very much. And we'll see you next time. The difference between the long-term and the short-term. The greater the difference, the better the moment. There, we get the property that we need. So there are ways, I want to be able to work with that. I just want you to stand up and do something. We've been turning down offers for cookies and milk to be served. The first person to ask me to provide that was Kenny McKay, who is a local resident, and he has the wherewithal to do so, and so we've accepted his offer. As my Southern Pacific shows up, we'll be here with cookies and milks. I have this one simple... We maintain records concerning the shipments, what was in it, and the life we needed for all sorts of reasons. But as for which route it went, such as the ship going from Hanford to California, whether it went through Bend or whether it went through Eugene, we've never seen any reason to maintain no trace of accidents because the shipment made it so there's no need to know which way it went. I don't know if that's the best way to do it. Well, we're trying. I like that. I like it. Welcome. In motor carriers, we have no control over the route. You can put it on an index, taking it out of the stack. Motor carrier chooses which way he wants to go. Which way he needs to go, I'm assuming. That's the certificate that he's been given. It motivated me that they came out to see me play, and I wanted to play well. And it was a critical game for us. And I wanted the win badly. Most of all, I wanted play well in front of my parents and get a little respect. Are you finally figuring out that you can dominate a basketball game when you want to? It seems like more and more, the more I play, it seems that it comes naturally to me that. You know, I get a lot of rebounds and score some points and start playing as a dominant player and being the dominant figure in the game. And I just hope I can keep it up for the rest of the year and play well. Now, I think that I really believe that, uh, not in our genital, not even our, you know, in our, in our jurisdiction, but I really do believe that. But I think, um, I don't want you to come to me. And then Tim Adler pointed out Monday night and he was like, Yeah.
text/plain
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/69682/file/156095#t=16.36,2806.36
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/69682/file/156095/transcript/86220
["English [Transcript]
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/69682/file/156095/transcript/86220/annotation/2
https://d9jk7wjtjpu5g.cloudfront.net/file_transcripts/associated_files/000/086/220/original/trint_Coll427_fvm32_transcript.vtt?1762204164
text/vtt
en
https://d9jk7wjtjpu5g.cloudfront.net/file_transcripts/associated_files/000/086/220/original/trint_Coll427_fvm32_transcript.vtt?1762204164
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/69682/file/156095/index/51625
["Coll427_FVm32 [Index]
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/69682/file/156095/index/51625/annotation/3
["Title
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/69682/file/156095#t=0.0,2822.867
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/69682/file/156095/index/51625/annotation/4
coll427_fvm32_01 Marcola Recall
coll427_fvm32_02 Green Hill
coll427_fvm32_03 WX
coll427_fvm32_04 Coburg Recap
coll427_fvm32_05 Jan Zach
coll427_fvm32_06 Church Restore
coll427_fvm32_07 Jan Zach
coll427_fvm32_08 Greenhill
coll427_fvm32_09 Recap-Loraine Fire
coll427_fvm32_10 Mistaken Escape
coll427_fvm32_11 CampFires
coll427_fvm32_12 Church Restore
coll427_fvm32_13 Jan Zach
coll427_fvm32_14 Gas Pumps
coll427_fvm32_15 Coburg Folo
coll427_fvm32_16 Land Use
coll427_fvm32_17 Co.
