But the difficulty is there is no known procedure in American jurisprudence by where you can get a test. There is mounting evidence that our young people are not receiving proper training in developing the kind of character, the kind attitudes necessary for our society. Traditionally, the home and the church. Have carried responsibility for instilling such character traits in our youth, such character traits as acceptance of authority and willingness to work. However, the storm center was beginning to stabilize a little. It was no longer deepening and the storm front, as we speak of it, was moving away from it.
