Under the conditions, Marcus, Summers, and their daughter will all receive psychological evaluations. And in the meantime, Athena will be placed in a foster care home. But Marcus says she wants to be with her daughter immediately after she resurfaces. And therefore, she will not tell the court where the girl is located.
