The Federal Food and Drug Administration recently issued a warning about breed cheese saying it contains some high levels of a certain bacteria that may be harmful. Well, I'm here at Terry Potassium to tell you that the Brie cheese that's in your stores and markets today is perfectly safe and perfectly good for you to eat. Now the price might be up a little bit due to the weak American dollar, but the brew cheese is safe. The bacteria that's found in the cheese is a common bacteria that's found in all breed cheeses. There was some of this high bacteria cheese in the Eugene Springfield area during the holiday period from Thanksgiving to Christmas, but all that cheese has been consumed with no apparent ill effects, either here in Lane County or any place in the country for that matter. So once again, I want to tell you, remind you, and make you feel relieved that all the breed cheese that's in the store right now is perfectly safe to eat and perfectly delicious. For eyewitness news, Bonapati from Dairy Potassium.
text/plain
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/70894/file/156845#t=2555.63,2608.83
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/70894/file/156845/transcript/87681/annotation/124
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/70894/file/156845#t=2609.69,2609.69
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/70894/file/156845/transcript/87681
["English [Transcript]
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/70894/file/156845/transcript/87681/annotation/125
https://d9jk7wjtjpu5g.cloudfront.net/file_transcripts/associated_files/000/087/681/original/trint_Coll427_0918_transcript.vtt?1765477822
text/vtt
en
https://d9jk7wjtjpu5g.cloudfront.net/file_transcripts/associated_files/000/087/681/original/trint_Coll427_0918_transcript.vtt?1765477822"}]}]}]}
