We never can discuss things except in a very formal way. And we know that any word we say can be picked up and possibly misinterpreted or taken out of context by anybody who chooses to do so. And this creates a sort of a stiffness in your attitudes. And we felt that... And actually, we did feel that sometimes we should get together in a more social atmosphere and be able to talk things over, not city business in any kind. No city business was discussed at this meeting. There was no agenda, no staff member present, no minutes were taken. There was agenda. So you would have to answer that question in terms of those particular drugs. We do have students in our high schools and in our colleges and the young people in our community using alcohol, using tobacco, using amphetamines, and in some cases, very few, but still in some case, using heroin. And we've been able to make a Eugene and Springfield comparison for each of the drugs. And what we found is that for each drug, we have a percentage breakdown as to how many are using them. We also know what the students' attitudes are toward those drugs. And we found, basically, that the students have not a pro attitude toward drugs. Less than half of the students indicated that they were for drugs that are dangerous and so forth. But we found that students had an attitude of free will as far as their fellow students are concerned. Even if they weren't using a drug, they thought it was OK if one of their friends were using a drugs and nothing should be done about it, because they have the right to determine that for themselves. We've also discovered that in asking some information questions about drugs to see how much information students know about drugs, we found those students who have the most information were the most likely to be using drugs too, which I...
