Short-term, let's get the budget into shape. Let's start controlling state government. I'm going to propose a tax bill which will relate to local government and state government, and that's the short-range. And that's what I think Oregonians want, long-range, I want Oregon and Oregonians to be a very happy place, citizens that are proud of their government and feel that the government, in fact, is responding to them and that it is their government. Uh... They'll feel comfortable with the representatives speaking for them there's not a great deal of anger there's anger out of a ballot six or eleven that was anger frustration i don't mean but the anger that's there and uh... Oh some feelings that people have about their government and if you don't come to with it i want to be happy i really do uh... It's uh...
