You need 83 hunting and fishing license. We're right in the middle of steelhead season, and I know some guys are going to go out this weekend looking for steelhead. We got a couple more good weekends of duck hunting left. Make sure you get a new hunting license, too. The way I do that is I always come in and buy a combination license. The first thing at the beginning of the years, and you're, I don't have to have a duck stamp, because your duck stamp runs from June until June. Now that I've got a new license and tags, I can pick up a copy of the regulations while I'm here that will tell me about what I'm going to need for any special hunts or any special applications I want to do through the summer. It's easy to come in here and pick up your license. It's all you need is a handful of money right at this point in time to get your license. You come in and if you don't really know what you need, tell somebody here what you're going to be hunting for or fishing for and they can help you. These regulations tell you everything that you need to know about what you are going to hunt and fish. You get out there without your hunting and fishing license. It can be embarrassing and very expensive. So stop by and pick them up before you get out on a stream. If voters approve, the city solicits bids from bond brokers around the country, and the city selects the bidder with the lowest interest rate. But something is happening in the Northwest that may cause those interest rates to explode. And what is that something? The threatened default by 88 Northwest utilities on bond payments due for the Washington Public Power Supply System construction. This is a report prepared by the Oregon Municipal Debt Advisory Committee. The committee asked investors from throughout the Northwest and throughout the country what they would do if the 88 utilities default. And the answers have some disturbing implications for cities like Eugene. The report shows that if whoops participants default, investors would be reluctant to even bid on future Eugene bonds. And that's despite the fact that the city has absolutely no money invested in whoops.
