That news leaves U of QB Reggie Ogburn free to concentrate on football. Ogburn had been called to testify before the Grand Jurey. Eyewitness news has learned Ogburn was considered for a possible indictment, but the Grand jury felt the evidence was insufficient. The grand jury did not call any witnesses at its final meeting, as it considered evidence that has already been developed. Our sources say more indictments have been returned against former players, but those won't be revealed until later this week. Even though the grand jury's work is finished, it will not be officially discharged for some time. Eugene Police were notified, did a brief search of nearby streets, but couldn't find the woman. Green Valley staffers and Holbert's family scoured the area on Monday. It wasn't until Tuesday afternoon that the nursing home and the police were back in contact and a helicopter was dispatched.
