McCall expects the hammers, in his words, to be flying by February 17th. Under the new timetable, Van Dynes could begin moving in by the end of May, begin operations by early July, and take final possession of the building by August. McCall says that's not early and it's not on time, but it's also not late, and the chocolate plant will be able to offer some tours to expo-bound travelers this summer. In the meantime, Van Dynes has rented this warehouse on West 1st Street in Eugene, and the chocolate company is already moving in.
