One of them is a diversion of the Japanese purchases into those areas where there's an excessive allowable cut over installed mill capacity. And second is a real effort to secure access to the Japanese markets for our finished wood products. An American businessman does not have the same access to Japanese markets that their capital has to ours, both as far as purchases and sales are concerned. And thirdly, I think it's time that all of the divergent interests recognize.
