Her remains were found Tuesday near Mount Rainier. The second woman is 29-year–old Windy Augie of Bellingham. She's been missing since April 24th. Her car was found early last month at a tavern here in Eugene. Police say O'Neill was seen driving that car around the time of her disappearance. And last month, around May 15th, a woman working in the Eugene downtown mall said she saw O'neill. She says she recognized him from a newspaper article sent to her by Bellingham relatives. She said she does not want to be interviewed on camera out of fear of O'Niel. Another merchant said he also saw O'tneill selling jewelry on the mall around that time. He says he recognized him by a flyer. But he too declined to be interviewed on camera. Further sightings of O'Neal and Eugene have been reported, including one Thursday morning at this bus stop at 13th and Chambers Street.
