That's all Robert Miller and his brother could think about in the summer back in North Dakota. Miller began tinkering and inventing when he was a boy, more than 50 years ago. Nobody knew much about solar collectors or mylar sheets back then. An old 20 gallon gas tank left in the sun all day heated enough water for the Miller brothers to wash away the day's work. Today, solar energy is all the rage, and this retired Corvallis carpenter and handyman watches all the excitement with some bemusement.
text/plain
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/70220/file/156163#t=2518.25,2546.07
https://uoregon.aviaryplatform.com/collections/1635/collection_resources/70220/file/156163/transcript/86279/annotation/103
Speaker 26: You go to the big companies and it's overdone.
