That is, I don't have any mill jobs, and I've got an awful lot of mill people who're out of work. Hopefully, if interest rates go down... Construction will start and we'll be back in business again. The word there, the operative word there was hopefully. What kind of signs do you see that that might happen? The mere fact that short-term trade... Those prices have fallen might very well be an indicator that times are going to get better, but I'm not hopeful about any quick relief from the kind of pressures that we're in. Well, those attempts are appropriate, based upon what the psychiatrists want. In 25% of the cases, I know they can find no case that is composed of all of the components of the investigation that took place a couple weeks ago. And their view drops in the back end of the process. You're not addressing the issue of both evidence of presence and source after the person has been admitted. Of course, that is different than the legal finding when it goes to how you were First of all, we'll look to determine whether or not the person did the criminal act, particularly in the case of violent offenders. Then, after you've made that judgment, and only then do you begin to look at the disposition or appropriate sentence or confinement for the offender. It came right from the time. And this is a very honest sort of a commentary. It doesn't seem like they did anything made up in there. The man just says, this is what happened, and that was what happened. And it doesn't just, he does. Guilt by association is one thing. Guilt my association with your children in an effort to keep them from falling off the cliff is a different thing, in my mind. What about ghosts? Around the house we're here today. Well, the ghost that we heard on the television is... That kind of, that sent me. I thought, oh my goodness gracious. I figured, well, if this is the way I get a message to really write the story, maybe I'll write it now. Maybe it's awakened the, you know, the necessity of saying, well look, they weren't, they really weren't ghosts. So he had nothing. They weren't about to die. But he lived, he lived. See, I lived in Baltimore for, well off and on. I've lived in Washington for a long time and off and in. Many times what we find ourselves is in the position of delivering a negative message, and that's that we cite people for violating time zones or for parking in areas where they should not be parked. What we are doing this week and next week is delivering a brochure to them that explains the options that are available, and we see this as a very positive approach to identifying those people who are in violation of the system and then saying, you know, here are the options that are available to you. Okay, go ahead. So, it's been done by my older brother. I actually wait for that directly because that just happened to me. Well, gay people are a hidden minority, so it's very important that we are able to assert our pride, that we do realize we have our numbers. And Gay Pride Week has always brought people together so that we can see that we're a very large number of people. We can come together and celebrate our being gay, so lesbians and gay men can come togther. And in addition to that, it's a great time for public dialog. It wakes other people up to the fact that we here. Thank you. Every creative act has some tragic undertones in it, underneath. And everything, doing painting, doing a book, there is something tragic in it. Something that burns you out. And after this experience, some part of my soul really was burned out, I feel. You feel like a lonely person. You must work like a lonley person. This is your fate. I was always afraid my partner would get caught in a lot of times. Sometimes the blade goes down and doesn't go back up, so I know it's somehow malfunctioning. I always said it wasn't safe, but other than that I don't know, I mean I don't have a reason except that I was always afraid it would be something. Yeah, she's asking anyone, what do you look out for? What? Now. We must finish this. Now. 8, 8, 9, 6, 8. 9, 9. 9, 10. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. 7, 7, 4. 2, 1. 2, 2. 1. Bye, guys. This is, right. To this fundraising event. I mean, you get some buildings, and they're out working on setting that up right as president. And for balance, April 26th. No section does need to be strengthened. The criteria section does been occupied solely by a non-paying gift of the kind of ownership took all that land, 55 some acres, and according to what they said in their appraisal, we're gonna put 15 feet of fill in there, and we're going to make it valuable, residential and C2 so we can pay $800,000 for it to justify that. I think for all practical purposes the plywood and lumber industry will shut down for the rest of the year. I think this will probably be an 80 percent closure at least. It could be even worse than that. Somewhat like Mount St. Helens, we don't know whether it's going to explode in Barry Portland or whether it is going to perk along for two or three years and really do not a lot. No, I really wasn't aware of any difference. I am a vigorous water drinker and I didn't taste. Good morning, my normal size. They expected this project to be completed with a $153,000 grant. And it took so long for them to find the well site that was needed that they've already had to put in $96,000 more than they had intended. Now they're really concerned if we have to put in a filtration system if that is going to add to that a great deal more money. The worst thing would be if they couldn't use the system at all. Right now the water is good. Brownsville residents have fallen back to their reliable source of the Kalapuya River. But hopefully sometime soon they'll be able to use the new well water system they've paid so much for and waited so long to have. Debbie Segura for Eyewitness News in Brownsville. Yes, it's day-to-day. If we pick up orders today, that means we'll run tomorrow. And that's basically what it is. And if the interest rate ever drops, then we'll go to capacity again. Who knows? You I don't know what to do with this, I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I don't know what's going to happen to me. I don don't even know what the hell I'm going to do, I just don't. There are other areas that are unessential, or let's say not unessential but less essential. It could sustain some cuts and have really less of an impact over all county services. Right now, the first step is actually to review the budget that's been presented. That budget is... Absolutely. And we're very conscious of the comments. They were reinforced by the comments made at the public hearing on Tuesday night. They're reinforced by people who are interested in the services to be delivered and not the administrative bureaucracy, if you will, that seems sometimes, unfortunately, to... Dilute those resources so the recipient gets less than he would otherwise get. Hundred shallow irrigation wells are also in use, which use the same oxygen and water rapidly. Drinking water was, and it do. The paragraph currently reads, it is important to note that the department. Yeah. We've decided the septic tank and resulting pollution question should be resolved once and for all. Board passes. Allergic people tend to react to the pollen they're exposed to by making an antibody. It's part of their immune system. And when they're expose to this pollen, they make more of the antibody. When the antibody reacts with the pollen, it causes the allergic reaction. If all else fails, you can try one of these. It's called a pollen mask, and it works pretty simply. It just sort of filters the pollen out and lets the oxygen through. You wear it like this. You won't exactly be in the height of fashion, but at least you'll be able to breathe. In Eugene, this is Lisa Stark for Eyewitness News. Through Congress. In spite of that, they only won it by three votes in that very conservative committee. And Mr. Carter, when they learn what all that training for, maybe we'll go to them and we'll honor our decision. Would you, Carter, you may go next to me. We should be recycling our waste, not making war. We should making community centers, working with senior citizens. And finally, we don't want you to come out here and go there. All right. I think that people who are in this, that they... They won't smoke when they get older. Brenda, what do you think are the reasons why people are not smoking now? Well, a lot of people are getting to where people try to get them to smoke. And it sort of turns them off because they don't like having people telling them what to do. And they know it's done, and that causes cancer. Only about 30% of people in stop smoking programs actually ever quit, so the new approach is preventive programs like these, helping kids refuse that first cigarette so they can avoid ever having to break the habit later in life. In Crestwell, this is Peggy Jo Abraham for Eyewitness News. We should be making part in schools, not war. We should making peace. Back east in Washington and that's a man who's been working for well over a year. That's it. Be applicable. In other words, suppose I was sitting and you have the opportunity to talk. And you were drawing more than you could. But I think our goal is to find a way. Well, I feel like it was fraud because they have taken it from my employer, and so he's put it in for my benefit in case something does happen that I can have a little income. And so I feel it was on a fraud situation, and he did too, because the money's got to go somewhere. And who's getting the money besides the person who's supposed to get it? I mean, who they put it for? If the department is to approve interim storage facilities, such facilities must be recognized in and easy to obtain from that office. Not war. We should be in an environment, not war, hoping that what you're writing will be obsolete before it goes before it even becomes a fact. And yet, now I'm in the sad, sad situation of being a prophet because I wrote this a year ago. Yeah. I think it's really important to be aware of your own personal safety and to take control of your environment and to watch out where you're going to make sure that you're aware of all the things that can happen and make sure you have adequate ways of protecting yourself if something should happen. We realize that there is a terrific need, and I emphasize the word need as opposed to desire, of the citizens of the River Road Santa Clara area to be able to develop some of those areas. We want to take those into consideration along with the consideration for the health and welfare of the people that are out there. Management generally sounds like a good idea. Voters in the area rejected this idea last year. This proposal would also call for money at a time when the county has little. So, Steppy Tank management might run into funding problems. I want perfect. Yeah, that's not confirmed at all. Yeah, okay. So you got a little bit. That's your unemployment. Depends on my team. You're getting 177. You've got to know this.
