The erosion of our lands, the pollution of our streams caused by the use of these forests are our problems. We need the funds to solve them. Funds are going to come from the Oregon promotion program of the Oregon State Highway Commission. We have the emergency board's word for this. This was the plan of the emergency board, and it is now discussing the appropriateness of the use of this source of funding. And the emergency board is so dedicated to this concept that if another use is indicated, another source for this program will be secured. I can say there is no better use for $50,000 than to direct it toward environmental improvement.
