The people who have currently missed those appointments should call us and try and reschedule and we'll try and get them back in. But it's real important that the people who have scheduled appointments come to those appointments because the funds will be released. We don't know exactly what level, but the funds will be released and a majority of those people will be served. Those people won't be served after the whole budget process.
