Another then was more detailed study on which sewers could be constructed. And that was made by CH2M over at Corvallis. Now we have a meeting set up for next Thursday night with the people in the Santa Clara area to discuss with them which one of these methods they would like to have implemented in their area. Now this has taken quite a while because these surveys and studies take a long time. Not only that, they have the authority to institute that tax themselves. It would not be $10, it would be five, it will be county-wide, but all of the money would go to the cities and the citizens in the county would get no benefit from it. We felt that if we implemented it countywide on the $10 basis, we can use $200,000 of that income to offset the property tax and thus reduce the levy that we're asking for in our election next. And that's the reason the commissioners passed the $10 license fee. The people have, I've been in office 14 years and there has not been a year but what we've had numerous delegations in here asking for more and more services from the county.
