Haywood P. Sconce was a Baptist minister who served congregations in Oregon and Washington, and in 1954 founded and became director of Christian Celebrity Tyme, a religious radio program in which public figures provided testimonials concering their Christian faith. The papers include sermons, outlines, and sermon notes, correspondence, manuscripts of short stories and articles, memorabilia, and Christian Celebrity Tyme materials including correspondence, promotional materials, and sound recordings. Included in this digital collection are approximately 200 15-minute episodes of Christian Celebrity Tyme radio program, circa 1957 to 1958, from the Haywood P. Sconce Papers.
