James C. Ingebretsen (1906-1999) was a lawyer, developer, and conservative who lived in the Los Angeles area from the 1930s to the 1990s. His papers consist of documents related to his religious and spiritual undertakings that began in the mid-1950s, as well as documents related to his legal career and his real estate investments. The collection includes documentation on a variety of libertarian organizations and correspondence related to his activities in these organizations. Included in this digital collection are sound recordings from the James C. Ingebretsen papers, specifically episodes of Freedom Story, a radio program by Spiritual Mobilization Inc., circa 1951-1956.
